| If you're thinking of keeping your pitbull in the house, I'm happy that you've found my blog because not only will my story give you hope, it'll almost certainly save your sanity, your money
as well as a lot of time and heart ache.
I will tell you exactly
why I'm no longer intimidated by the idea of housebreaking a dog... and how I
finally managed to get it right within a few weeks.
We are the Pitbull Family and when people used to tell us that they planned (or do) keep their pitbull in the house we thought they were crazy. Not necessarily because pitbulls are larger breeds, but because we just couldn't see cleaning up after pitbull accidents in the house.
My disbelief often stemed from the fact that I had tried keeping smaller dogs in the house before and never really managed to truly housebreak them. To me, keeping a dog in the house basically meant surrendering to cleaning up accidents on a daily basis. After all, I was the one that was home with the dogs each day while my husband went to work. Though he had dogs all his life, I never had a dog until we bought our first dog together. I knew nothing about how to housebreak a dog and nothing I ever tried worked. If we had dogs in the house, it meant cleaning and disinfecting multiple times a day.
Obviously, this is NOT something I ever wanted to subject myself to on a long term basis. I didn't see how other pitbull owners could deal with having to clean up after a pitbull every single day. Keeping a dog in the house is a lot of work! I know, I've tried it.
The Inevitable Always Happened
Any time we had dogs or puppies in the house, my floor was the dirtiest and cleanest it had ever been. What do I mean? Well, my floor was the dirtiest because each day the puppies or dogs peed or pooped AT LEAST once somewhere inside the house. But my floor was also the cleanest ever because doggy accidents forced me to get down on my hands and knees and disinfect on a daily basis. Not my idea of a fun-filled day!
Inevitably, after a month or so of constantly cleaning, the dogs always got kicked out of the house.

What changed?
Well, we had the chance to pick up a french bulldog. Ever since I saw one for the first time at a dog show, I wanted one of these so-ugly-they're-cute guys.
One day, an opportunity arose, everything fell into place and we were getting our first ever frenchie!
Of course, since frenchies are smaller breed "companion" dogs, this puppy was NOT going to stay outside with our pitbulls. |

I HAD to Find a Housebreaking Method that Worked
Having failed in every previous housebreaking attempt, I knew it was time to find a plan that was going to work. This dog was NOT going to stay outside, and while I was happy to be getting him, I was very worried about my new house (we had just moved) stinking of "dog." Yuck! I also didn't want to end up resenting this cute new puppy. So I scoured the internet and found...
What seemed to be so
different with The Ultimate HouseTraining Guide is that gave sound practical advice in an easy-to-read manner. I could understand exactly what needed to be done AND was warned about common problems that occur due to sources outside of the dog's or my control. This was information that I never really considered before in all my attempts at housetraining.
Here's why I recommend it.
The reason why I recommend The Ultimate HouseTraining Guide is because I followed their plan for
a matter of days and the results were almost
unbelievable.
Although it did take me a bit longer to completely housebreak my new puppy, I did manage to make excellent progress within the first few days! Once I had those days under my belt and saw that the plan was actually working, I felt like an accident free existence with a dog in the house was actually possible! It was so great to just be able to enjoy the new puppy without resentment of having to constantly clean up stinky messes.
In
my opinion, this is way more superior and far more
effective than any of the other tips or housebreaking advice I've tried.Really the only time we had an accident was when I didn't follow the plan the way I was supposed to. Obviously every dog and puppy is different and some will take a little longer to catch on, but it has worked
extremely well for me and my frenchie puppy.
Anyway, I hope you've
found this information useful whatever your situation
because if I had known about Ultimate HouseTraining Guide a few years back, I would have been able to enjoy my puppies in the house without wasting my time and money with constantly cleaning up after them. I wish you every success!
Sincerely,
The Pitbull Familiy
